OUR COMPANY
Brandywine Realty Management started in 1985 as a three-person company working out of the basement of a Wilmington apartment building. The family business quickly grew from managing fewer than 50 properties for 5 owners to now managing nearly 300 properties and over 100 owners. In 1992 BRM moved to its current location on Lancaster Avenue. BRM has always included management and maintenance of its properties, and we proudly serve clients throughout urban and suburban areas of New Castle County.

We have a complete full time, experienced staff who provide quality services (in English and Spanish) that has made us Delaware's most recommended residential Property Management Company.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS
